Moretrench American

This project involved a full renovation and addition to create the 7,600 sq. ft. headquarters for a national subsurface excavation contracting company. A former warehouse was completely gutted and transformed to include offices, conference rooms, a welding shop, locker areas, and upgraded MEP systems.

Key design features include a new large mezzanine, an interior garden, extensive use of windows and translucent light panels, and two 15-foot-wide skylights spanning the entire length of the building.
