A 24,100 sqft. masonry building located in Elmsford, New York zoned for non-residential planned development. The previous function was a dinner theatre and is being renovated for Jonard Tool company's main headquarters.

PFGC and PFGA is responsible for the interior/exterior renovation and site work. The facade will be adjusted for metal paneling to cover the masonry.
