A 34,600 sqft. masonry building located in Elmsford, New York, zoned for non-residential planned development.
The previous function was a West Broadway Theatre, and it is now being renovated into a high-end warehouse and office space designed to be top-of-the-art for maximum productivity as Jonard Tool Company’s main headquarters.
PFGC and PFGA is responsible for the interior/exterior renovation and site work. The façade will be adjusted for metal paneling to cover the masonry.
